All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be mentioned on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before final payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery status.

5. Packaging

All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is Eco-conscious, in line with the natural essence of our wooden products.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, Wooden Stuff is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service issues
Incorrect shipping addresses
Weather conditions or natural events
Government restrictions or holidays

However will ensure full support in case of any grievance by customer

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping out side India. We are working on expanding soon.
