1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping:
  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
  To cancel, please email us at [woodenstuff.in@gmail.com] with your order number.

• After Shipping:
  Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery (see Return & Refund below).

2. Return & Refund

We accept returns only for items that meet the following criteria:

Eligible Returns:

• Item is damaged or defective upon arrival

• Wrong item received

• Item is significantly different from its description

To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

• Share order details and photographs of the product

• Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging

Note: We do not accept returns for minor variations in wood grain or color, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted wooden products.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• If you received a damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• Customized or personalized products

• Items returned without original packaging

• Products used or tampered with
