1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

After Shipping:
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery (see Return & Refund below).
2. Return & Refund
We accept returns only for items that meet the following criteria:
Eligible Returns:

Item is significantly different from its description
To initiate a return:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

Share order details and photographs of the product

Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging
Note: We do not accept returns for minor variations in wood grain or color, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted wooden products.
3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
